The founder — a licensed financial advisor representative with years of frontline experience — knew firsthand how time-consuming it was to prepare insurer comparisons manually, guide new representative through product learning curves, and keep clients engaged in an increasingly digital world. While digital tools existed, most were either too rigid, too expensive, or too generic to meet the unique needs of the Singapore advisory ecosystem.
The turning point came after yet another late night spent updating a spreadsheet for an urgent client proposal — a spreadsheet that had already gone through 13 revisions, was still prone to error, and wasn’t even mobile-friendly. That moment sparked a question:
